About Rock and Run for Mental Health
Our Mission
Our mission is to create awareness in Central Illinois about mental health and suicide prevention, build community, provide resources, and raise funds for related nonprofit organizations.
Rock and Run for Mental Health is a 5k, 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk, Live Music, and Vendor Event benefiting Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Charities. Held at Rochester Community Park annually in September.
