Our Mission
Rock and Run for Mental Health is a 5k, 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk, Live Music, Art, Yoga, Food, and Wellness Vendor Event benefitting Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Charities. Held at Rochester Community Park in the Fall.
